I love the haikus they compliment the images wonderfully. Three excellent haikus, my favourite is the second one which captures the impermanence of life brilliantly with its strange spiritual nostalgia. Kiran is both a talented writer and artist. Her horses have the anatomical structure of a George Stubbs drawing, mixed with the sensuality, fluidity and motion of a Peter Paul Rubens engraving. Kiran’s abstract images make me think of what Jackson Pollock’s work might have looked like had he lived long enough to experiment with printmaking. Her artwork is very unique and special.

These are beautiful works, but should they be called haiku?
I thought that the combination of words and pictures in this form was referred to as haiga (or sometimes shahai when haiku is combined with photography).
Whatever they may be called, I hope you keep creating them.
